District V includes units from extreme Southeast Texas. The district holds a summer planning session for district officers and unit presidents every August, hosts the annual District V Fall Conference and Luncheon, and conducts the District V Leadership Development Conference each May. Units in District V include the following: Beaumont ART, Hardin County RTA, Jasper RTA, Kirbyville RTA, Mid-Jefferson County RSP, Orange County RTA, Port Arthur ARSP, and Twin County RSPA. Membership in District V is approximately 1400 each year. The district is well represented in TRTA state committees, and delegates attend the state convention each year.
