SB 10 would provide a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) to eligible Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) retirees, as well as a supplemental payment.<\/p>\n<p>Now, the House version of SB 10 returns to the Senate, where the appointment of a conference committee to negotiate the differences between the House and Senate versions of SB 10 will occur.
