Organizational Affairs Committee
Policy: The TRTA Organizational Affairs Committee (OAC) will review proposed bylaws changes as forwarded to them by TRTA members, local units, districts, or the Board of Directors. They will bring recommendations about each proposed bylaw for passage, non–passage, or further study with a rationale for their recommendations to the Board of Directors. Forms to submit requests to the OAC for bylaws amendment proposals are available from the TRTA office and from the website, www.trta.org. The committee shall collaborate with other standing and special committees as appropriate to further the mission of TRTA.
