Organizational Affairs Committee
Policy: The TRTA Organizational Affairs Committee (OAC) will review proposed bylaws changes as submitted in accordance with the TRTA Bylaws, Article XV, Section 1. The committee will prepare recommendations about each proposed bylaw for approval, disapproval, or further study, shall prepare the committee’s rationale for each recommendation, and shall submit both the recommendations and rationale to the Board of Directors. Forms to submit requests to the OAC for bylaws amendment proposals are available from the TRTA office and from the website, www.trta.org. The committee shall collaborate with other standing and special committees as appropriate to further the mission of TRTA.
