October is Voter Education Month!
The General Election will occur on Nov. 3. For eligible voters, Oct. 23 is the deadline to apply for a mail-in ballot. For in-person voters, the Texas Retired Teachers Association (TRTA) is encouraging its members to follow all safety guidelines.
