McKinney Area School Retirees Association is a chapter affiliate of Texas Retired Teachers Association (TRTA). MASRA (McKinney Area School Retirees Association) is a chapter that informs you of how TRTA is working to enhance and retain all pension and member benefits of Texas School Retirees. Your. local MASRA chapter is also a place to renew friendships, make new friends, learn more about your community and surrounding communities from informative programs. Your chapter is a place to join in outings to restaurants, local places of interest and to have the fellowship of wonderful members. MASRA participates in opportunities to volunteer in your community.
MASRA meets on the third Thursday of each month, September through May. Coffee and conversation begin at 9:30-10:00 a.m.; an informative, interactive meeting begins at 10:00 a.m. All meetings are held at Town Hall Greer Annex, 510 W Heard Street, McKinney, Texas.
