Members of the Texas Retired Teachers Association (TRTA) may now begin reserving hotel rooms for the upcoming 69th TRTA Convention to be held April 15-17, 2024 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
We look forward to seeing many of you in April 2024 as we embark on an imaginary destination “cruise” to Corpus Christi, where we will enjoy entertaining and informational “excursions” at various “ports of call!”
Please note, convention registration will open in early December. We encourage members who plan to attend the convention to reserve their hotel rooms as soon as possible, as rooms tend to fill up quickly.
ROOM RESERVATIONS
While the convention will be held at the Corpus Christi Convention Center, the host hotel is the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel, located at 900 N Shoreline Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78401.
The hotel is taking reservations and the limit is two rooms per person. Please note that convention festivities will begin with registration check-in and exhibits at Noon on Monday, April 15, and the first evening event begins at 5:30 p.m. This should allow members to travel into the city on the same day. A complete schedule of events will be released in December.
