Members of the Texas Retired Teachers Association (TRTA), time is running out for the U.S. Senate to take a vote to repeal the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and Government Pension Offset (GPO)!
A Social Security Fairness Rally will be held today, December 11, in Washington, D.C. at 10:30 a.m. Central/11:30 a.m. Eastern in Upper Senate Park.
TRTA Executive Director Tim Lee will be there to represent the members of TRTA! He will be live on YouTube and Facebook for the event. These live events are recorded and are viewable after airing from the same links provided.
We must act with urgency if we want change! Let’s strike while the iron is hot and keep pushing!
