L-DRT&SEA has a large and active membership dedicated to elevating the status and promoting the general welfare of retired educators and school employees. We seek to protect our TRS defined benefits pension and to improve TRS health care benefits, by joining with the Texas Retired Teachers Association to resolve problems of mutual concern. In addition, we encourage our members to use their gifts, talents, training and experience in furthering the educational, social, and civic growth of the community, the state, and the nation.
