Northeast Harris County Retired Educators Association (NEHCREA) is a service organization for school retirees under the benefits of TRS. We meet once a month on the second Thursday starting at 9:30 with refreshments and coffee, at the Alvin D. Baggett Community Center, located at 1302 Keene Street, Galena Park, TX 77547.
