The Texarkana Association of Retired Teachers advocates improved benefits for all education retirees and promotes well-being of its members. Meeting are the fourth Wednesday of the months: September, October, November (undecided), January, February, March, April, and May. All are welcome to attend and you are encouraged to invite potential member.
