Today, the Office of the Texas Secretary of State announced the order that constitutional amendments will appear on the ballot in the November General Election.
As members of the Texas Retired Teachers Association (TRTA) may know, a constitutional amendment will appear on the ballot to approve funding for a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for eligible annuitants of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS).
