Locating The Legislative Resource Guide
The Legislative Committee resource guide is only available on the TRTA Member Login site. To access the Member Login site, click the red Member Login button at the top right of the TRTA website (www.trta.org). Please enter your username and password. Typically, your username is your member ID (your member ID is printed on the back of every issue of La voz). In many cases, your password is trta123 unless you have changed it. If you forgot your Username, please use the Forgot Username link. To retrieve your password, use the Forgot Password link. You will receive an email to reset your password. If you have any difficulty with your username and password, please send an email to membership@trta.org or call 1.800.880.1650 and a staff member will assist you. Click on the Member Resources Tab to view a series of tabs where you can find additional forms and guides.
Legislative Committee Purpose and Additional Resources
El Comité Legislativo de la TRTA estudiará la legislación pendiente, desarrollará e implementará un plan para promover nueva legislación e informará continuamente a los miembros sobre la legislación relacionada. El comité colaborará con la Legislatura de Cabello Plateado de Texas, la NRTA, otras organizaciones similares y con otras organizaciones educativas en materia de jubilación. El comité colaborará con otros comités permanentes y especiales según corresponda para promover la misión de la TRTA.
