TRTA had nearly 1,400 RSVPs for our Zoom to the Capitol event, which included nearly 300 at-large members and 1,100 local unit members! We even had members who live out of state attending! Our TRTA District Legislative Chairs hosted more than 120 meetings this week with Senators and Representatives.
We are so grateful to each one of you for joining us or participating in your own way. We know thousands of our members sent in red letters to the State Senators and Representatives. Your legislators ARE reading your letters!

Please continue to send in your red letters if you have not done so already. If you did not receive your copy of La voz, you may print the blank form letters for your Senator y your Representative and use a red envelope from the store to mail them in.
