The View Retired Teachers was formed in the home of Mrs. Anne C. Preston there were originally nine retirees who met at her home on January 31, 1968 therefore forming the Anne C. Preston Unit which is part of District VI, TRTA. This unit now has included other School Personnel in it’s membership, therefore we are called the Prairie View Retired Teacher’s and School Personnel Association.
